Microbiota samples Raw sequence reads

Descriptions

Here we aim to assess long-amplicon PCR-based approaches for microbiota studies by Nanopore sequencing using two different markers: full-length 16S rRNA and the whole rrn operon (16S rRNA-ITS-23S rRNA gene). This raw data contains full-length 16S rRNA and rrn operon sequences of: i) a Staphylococcus pseudintermedius isolated from canine otitis; ii) mock communities (HM-783D and Zymobiomics); and iii) complex skin samples (chin and dorsal skin).
